Making a Difference, One Step at a Time: ZR Consultants Social Initiatives

At ZR Consultants (ZRC), we take immense pride in being an Ethnic Minority-Owned Business (EMB) dedicated to making a meaningful impact through charitable endeavours.

We take pride in giving back – charity isn’t just a part of our ethos; it’s the heartbeat of our values. We firmly believe that contributing to charitable projects and donations isn’t just a responsibility but a cornerstone for any conscientious business.

🌍 ZRC actively pledges up to 7% of our turnover (and as much as 19% of our profit) to support various charitable initiatives. Collaborating with esteemed charities, we’ve facilitated the delivery of food packs, provided access to clean water, and most recently contributed to building shelters for those affected by the devastating earthquakes in Turkey and Syria.

🩸One of our impactful partnerships is with PadMad, a charity committed to eradicating Period Poverty in Kenya. Through our support, we ensure that young schoolgirls receive proper sanitary care and products, empowering them to pursue education without hindrance due to lacking basic necessities. 💼 Mentorship is another pillar of our social commitment. Nurturing young talent paves the way for future growth and development in our sector. Our CEO, Zeshan Raja, has been an active mentor with Migrant Leaders for some time. Through this engagement, he provides guidance and advice to aspiring finance and audit professionals, contributing to their personal and professional growth.

At ZRC, giving back is an integral part of who we are. We believe that fostering a culture of generosity and support not only uplifts individuals and communities but also enriches the very fabric of our society.
